Postage and Handling Returns Policy
- All items/ordered are shipped within 1-5 Business days unless stated otherwise in the items description.
- All shipping comes with tracking apart from envelope parcels.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and Gemicajo Fabrics will not be held liable if incorrect details are given
- Gemicajo Fabrics is not responsible if an item gets lost in transit and we will not re issue the item. It is your responsible to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
Returns Policy
- The happiness of our customers is extremely important to us. If you believe you have receive a flawed or damaged product you must contact us with 5 working days of receiving the goods, you will be offered an exchange or a refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We will not refund or exchange for a change of mind.
- A fee of $0.30 + 6% will be withheld as a cancellation fee with any goods that are purchases via Afterpay.
